Where people come to learn to manage conflict more effectively

Business Ethics: Ethics can be described as a set of principles of right conduct or a theory or a system of moral values. Okay, so is business ethics an oxymoron? Well, hopefully not. Surely not. Maybe in some cases? This category offers a series of articles regarding ethics in business with some insight as to how to ensure that ethical behaviors are a norm at your workplace and a highly prized commodity. We can also link you to an article that presents a strong arguement for the need for directors to lead the way when a company has decided to institute corporate ethics program.
