Bad News: No one likes to do it, but everyone at some point in their
life will have to deliver bad news. We provide you with help delivering
bad news in a business setting. According to one of the articles included
in this communication sub-section, there is a good way to deliver bad news.

that says that bad news is less painful, but more accurate when delivered
by e-mail. I'm sure that this is true for the author, but perhaps more painful
